We are committed to rectifying any quality-related issues by reproducing defective items once the problem has been confirmed.

As all orders are custom-made, returns based on reasons not associated with product quality are not supported. This includes change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference for a different product.

  • Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you identify any defects.
  • A photograph clearly showing the issue is required for verification.
  • In some cases, we might ask you to send back the entire defective order before we can proceed with a reproduction.
  • Should a return be necessary, we will cover all associated shipping costs and provide you with a return shipping label.
  • We commit to either reproducing or refunding your order within 5 business days upon verifying an error on our part.
  • Any reproduced orders will be processed using the original production timeframe and shipping method.
