Returns & Refunds Policy

Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately. To address your concerns efficiently, we ask that you provide a clear photo showing the defect. We are committed to rectifying any quality-related issues by reproducing defective items once the problem has been confirmed.

As all orders are custom-made, returns based on reasons not associated with product quality are not supported. This includes change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference for a different product.

Key Points of Our Policy:

  • Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you identify any defects.
  • A photograph clearly showing the issue is required for verification.
  • In some cases, we might ask you to send back the entire defective order before we can proceed with a reproduction.
  • Should a return be necessary, we will cover all associated shipping costs and provide you with a return shipping label.
  • We commit to either reproducing or refunding your order within 5 business days upon verifying an error on our part.
  • Any reproduced orders will be processed using the original production timeframe and shipping method.
  • Please note that all sales are final once confirmed and shipped.

This policy ensures that we handle any concerns with your custom order promptly and fairly.

 

Rush Order Money-Back Guarantee

Rush orders are backed by our Money-Back Guarantee if they do not arrive by the guaranteed delivery date.

If your order arrives late, we will immediately refund your rush shipping charge. If you no longer need the products, we will provide a prepaid return label. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a full refund for the product cost. If you choose to keep the order, only the rush shipping charge will be refunded.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

24Hr Stickers is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned or requires reshipping due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or corrected.
